Paarth Republic Lucknow Uttar Pradesh has launched UP’s first project under the Modi government’s flagship program for “Housing for All” called Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna (PMAY) in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. This project is called Parth Samriddhi and promises to deliver 2500 dwellings under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna. The project is spread over 10 acres of land on Kanpur Road. Uttar Pradesh is the largest and the most populous state in India that has acute shortage of housing. As per a data released in 2014, there is a shortfall of 21 lakhs units in the state. Paarth Republic Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana promises to take care of this problem with this small beginning.
The project is located in existing township of Paarth Republic Lucknow. This is an 80 acres township that boasts of all smart city features that the government’s smart city project entails. The project is located close to the Lucknow airport in the vicinity of proposed Lucknow Metro and Lucknow-Kanpur State Highway. The township includes features like optical fiber network, traffic management systems, customer interface portals, wi-fi zones, shopping malls for branded and non-branded items, 6-screen multiplex, integrated security and surveillance system besides modern office spaces and residential apartments.
Units under Paarth Republic Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojan a provide excellent subsidies and waiver of government taxes to make the housing affordable. As per the developer, there are houses available in all categories – EWS, LIG, MIG and HIG. EWS housing would be cheaper by 40% compared to other EWS category housing. In terms of price, the EWS and houses are from 6 lakhs to 11 lakhs. The registration for all the houses under PMAY has started in March 2017. The project is expected to be ready in 3 years’ time and would be one of its first kind of project that would not only provide affordable housing for all categories but would also provide smart city features in a well set-up integrated township environment in an excellent and prime location in Lucknow.
